University of Mississippi releases RFP for major P3 student housing program

Brailsford & Dunlavey is advising the University of Mississippi on its large-scale student housing P3 program, providing strategic guidance on the development and delivery of the initiative. The university recently issued an RFP (RFP-784) for the project, which will create 3,500 new beds through a design, build, finance, operate and maintain P3 model.
