Ms. Goldstein is B&D’s senior director of human resources and is based in the Washington, DC office. Karrie has over 20 years of Human Resources experience. Prior to joining the firm, Karrie worked for over fourteen years at one of the largest public accounting firms in the country. In addition, Karrie led the Human Resources activities for a private equity held company, a top AM Law 100 firm, and held the role of Chief of Staff for a large regional law firm reporting directly to the managing partner.

Throughout Karrie’s career, she has had extensive experience working alongside executives to create processes that ultimately bring value to the overall business strategy and growth of the organization. Karrie graduated from the University of Rochester with her BA in Psychology and Health & Society and a Management Certificate in Personnel Administration.
