Bringing over 25 years of construction management experience to B&D, Ms. Vincent serves as a senior project manager in the firm’s Washington, DC office, and is engaged full-time in helping to manage the Baltimore City Public Schools’ 21st Century School Buildings Program. Prior to joining B&D, she managed projects in Baltimore for the Housing Authority of Baltimore City and for Coppin State University.
