Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D) delivered a comprehensive, hands-on approach across multiple projects on campus. For the Neville Hall Renovation and Cornelson Center Addition, B&D completed planning, programming, project team solicitation, and full project management services through close-out for the complete restoration and renovation of the historic centerpiece of campus and academic quad terminus. For the Richardson Hall Renovation, the team planned and programmed the renovation of one floor to accommodate a new graduate physician assistant program and led the solicitation of the project team. B&D also oversaw the New Student Apartments, Laurens Hall Renovation, Bailey Hall Renovation, and Springs Center Renovation, providing USDA coordination, planning, project team solicitation, and full implementation oversight through ribbon-cutting. These efforts encompassed the delivery of a new three-story walk-up apartment complex, new facilities for student affairs and the student government association, a new Occupational Therapy graduate program, and a renovated student center. For the Belk Auditorium Renovation, B&D managed planning, project team solicitation, and full implementation oversight through ribbon-cutting for the renovation of the prefunction, auditorium, balcony, and stage areas of the university’s primary theater and music hall. Finally, for the Belk Hall and Clinton Hall Dormitory Renovations, B&D provided master planning services to guide the next steps in modernizing two freshman residence halls originally constructed in the 1960s and 1970s.
