Jim Peltier serves as the chief financial officer at Brailsford & Dunlavey. He has nearly two decades of experience leading high performing finance teams. With a focus on sustainable value creation, he has a track record of supporting major transformations, inorganic actions, and key investments to drive profitable growth.

Jim’s experience spans several finance disciplines and a wide range of business models. His past roles include Vice President of Finance at J.S. Held, LLC, Director of Finance at Kyndryl, and Senior Finance Manager at IBM. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with concentrations in Financial Analysis, Accounting and Marketing from the University at Buffalo, a Masters of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, and an Executive Certification in High Performance Leadership from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
