Emma Desmond is an assistant project manager in B&D’s east coast PK-12 implementation practice. She has four years of project management experience and has worked with entities in the DC area such as DC Department of Public Schools (DCPS), DC Department of General Services (DGS), and the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). Her skills include budget tracking, schedule management, contract compliance, and stakeholder communication. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Virginia Tech.
