Charlotte (Boyer) Roed is a senior associate at B&D and a key member of the Municipal Development Advisory Team. She guides planning and funding strategies for capital projects that serve municipal clients, including K–12 institutions and departments of parks and recreation. With fifteen years of planning and design experience, and ten of those focused on public K–12 institutions, Charlotte brings deep expertise in educational and community infrastructure. Before joining B&D, she worked with Fairfax County Public Schools and D.C. Public Schools as part of their facilities planning and design teams. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Urban & Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a Master of Arts in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
