Ms. Clark is an associate in B&D’s Washington, DC office, where she supports the DGS project team on the implementation of projects within the DPR program. Prior to joining B&D as an Assistant Project Manager, Madisen served as an Engineer for Clark Construction where she worked in operations, legal, and most recently in preconstruction managing university projects through the design process. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
