Helina Dancer

Vice President of Human Resources

Mrs. Dancer is vice president of human resources in our Washington, DC office. Previously, Helina served as the Director of Human Resources for the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF). She was responsible for developing a human resources strategy, administering HR programs, and streamlining practices related to employment and benefits. Before NFWF, Helina served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Long and Foster Companies. In this role, she played a key role in all facets of human resources and was responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the organization’s overall business plan and strategic direction.
