Tobin is an analyst and planner who supports B&D’s higher education practice in Chicago, Illinois.

Prior to joining B&D, Tobin received a master’s degree in urban planning from University of Illinois Chicago, with a focus on geospatial analysis and small area plans. As a student, Tobin worked as both an intern and external researcher for the City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development’s land disposition program. Tobin’s experience in urban research and analytics now serves as the platform for his work in student housing.
