Mr. Grillo is a senior project manager for Brailsford & Dunlavey’s Washington, DC office. Prior to joining Brailsford & Dunlavey, Tyler spent 9 years working for a large construction firm serving the D.C. region, primarily focused on new ground up construction.  In this role he managed the day-to-day construction activities for projects ranging from $30 Million to $125 Million.  His experience includes core and shell office buildings, multifamily apartments, and a museum.
