Ms. Haupt is a learning & development specialist at B&D’s Washington, DC office. She supports all L&D efforts and initiatives while managing multiple programs and projects, overseeing their planning, organization, leadership, and innovation. She helps determine and deliver optimized solutions for the capture, storage, and dissemination of knowledge within the firm. Ms. Haupt joined B&D in 2021 in an administrative and operational role, supporting teams across the firm, managing the DC office space, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. In 2024, she transitioned to the learning and development department to focus on and support employee growth and organizational development. Ms. Haupt graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in Drama, where she specialized in stage management.
