Solesne La Rock is a senior project manager for B&D’s Sphere KMV group, specializing in K-12 and community college projects. Based in Northern California, she oversees a diverse portfolio of projects, leveraging a deep commitment to sustainability, community impact, and effective stakeholder engagement. As part of the Measure X Facilities Bond Program ($108M) team at Gavilan College, she oversees campus improvements aimed at upgrading facilities, expanding infrastructure, and enhancing student services district-wide.
Ms. La Rock brings over a decade of project management experience across various sectors, including DSA K-12 projects, renewable energy, international desalination, and luxury homebuilding. Her notable clients include PG&E, SoCal Gas, Kaiser Permanente, FedEx, AT&T, and Bay Area Rapid Transit District, in addition to numerous educational institutions. At Roebbelen Contracting, she served as construction manager for the Redwood City School District, leading the modernization of Henry Ford Elementary School and Kennedy Middle School. Additionally, she played a key role in the successful FF&E implementation for the College of Alameda Fine Arts Building—a $32M design-build project—collaborating closely with faculty to realize their vision for this new 3-story, 53,000 SF facility.
With a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science & Management and a minor in Political Sciences from UC Davis, Ms. La Rock combines technical expertise with a commitment to sustainability and community enrichment. She is dedicated to delivering projects that not only meet but exceed expectations, fostering collaboration and trust to achieve shared goals.
