Tom Leach is a senior project manager in Brailsford & Dunlavey’s southern California higher education practice. He brings over 18 years of experience in real estate development, particularly as it relates to multifamily housing on the west coast. His previous work includes: the Flat, a 205-unit multifamily value-add conversion of hotel and restaurant into studio apartments and amenity spaces; 121 W. 3^rd Street, a 15-story, 331-unit multifamily project with a focus on affordability, walkability, boutique design, and ground floor retail amenities; and The Hotel June, a renovation and repositioning of the 250-key hotel in Los Angeles including full guestroom and public space renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and two new food and beverage outlets. He has expertise in project management, asset management, construction management, and finance.
