Jeff Miller serves as the assistant project manager for the Gavilan Community College bond program in Gilroy. In this role he works as the owner’s representative in construction related matters, such as coordinating construction projects and activities throughout the campus.

Prior to joining B&D Jeff worked at the San Jose Evergreen Community College District at the Evergreen Campus as a project engineer II. While there, he helped manage the construction of three out of four new buildings.
