Larynette Ndah is a senior project manager with the B&D Collegiate Implementation Group (CIG), whose work focuses on providing programming, design, and implementation oversight. Her work is rooted in fostering well-being in the built environment to create a healthy and sustainable future for our communities. In her current role, Ms. Ndah has managed and successfully delivered multimillion-dollar projects, including P3 projects.
With an educational background in chemical engineering, finance, and entrepreneurship, Ms. Ndah applies her design, construction, and project management knowledge to provide design and construction oversight, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and sustainability.
Before joining B&D, Ms. Ndah was a design engineer at AECOM, where she provided engineering design and consulting services. At AECOM, Ms. Ndah worked on capital water and wastewater projects in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Ms. Ndah also has a keen interest in personal financial management and served as a small business financial coach for Clarifi.
