Gabriella C. Pino Moreno is a project manager and urban planner with experience delivering complex, community-centered capital projects for the District of Columbia Public Schools. She has led the completion of multiple school modernizations and renovations, guiding projects from design through construction while building strong relationships with stakeholders, government partners, and neighborhood communities. In addition to her public-sector work, Gabriella is the founder of Galeria Gabriella, an independent fine arts business.
