Leo is an associate in B&D’s Austin office where he facilitates strategic decision making by mission-driven clients in the higher education sphere.

Prior to joining B&D, Leo advanced complex public-private partnerships of state-owned assets in Massachusetts, managing redevelopment projects which included educational, commercial, residential, life sciences, civic, and public-health uses. He has nearly a decade of experience in state and local government which he leverages to assist institutional clients in navigating complex planning and implementation processes.
