A development partner is being sought to provide housing for approximately 1,000 students, as well as related amenities, alongside an “innovative music-focused teaching, rehearsal, and maker space”.
The university in Denton is one of the nation’s largest public research universities with a renowned College of Music, and the new innovation center is aimed at building on that reputation as well as fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
Development advisory firm Brailsford & Dunlavey is supporting the university to define and implement the project.
Interested parties have until December 4th to submit their responses to the RFQ.
